Hike itinerary
1. Start in Manglisi
The hike kicks off at the Manglisi Sioni Cathedral. From here, the trail leads through forest patches and open meadows, gradually gaining elevation.

2. Ascent through Martalkhevi
The trail follows the Algeti River and continues climbing through Martalkhevi, opening up views of mixed forests and mountain landscapes.

3. Didi Namtvriani Village
The route passes through Didi Namtvriani village—a great spot for a quick break to soak in the rural vibes.

4. Samepo Ridge (King Ridge)
The main part of the trail follows the Samepo Ridge, offering panoramic views of the Algeti River valley and the surrounding peaks.

5. Descent back to Manglisi
After hitting the ridge, the trail heads back down to Manglisi, completing the loop.
